Product Overview

The FC6-48-11 type textile dust removal fan is a product designed for the dust removal system in textile factories to collect cotton and drop cotton. This product can also be used to transport raw cotton, wool, or other fibrous materials.

This mechanism is available in both right-handed and left-handed versions. When viewed from the motor end or bearing seat end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan; conversely, it is a left-handed fan. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing.

This series of fans is designed with a total of 10 specifications: No.3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 6.3, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, and 12.5, using C-type and A-type drives. Users can choose according to the operating conditions.

This machine mainly consists of an impeller, air inlet, drive unit, base, and protective components. The impeller is cast as a single piece with 8, 10, and flat blades connected to the shaft disc, and is dynamically balanced for smooth operation. The material used is ZL104 aluminum alloy, which is explosion-proof and does not produce sparks; the impeller adopts a semi-open design, and the surface is processed to prevent sticking and clogging.
