Product Overview
The T35-11 axial flow fan is a replacement for the 30K4 product. The T35 has analyzed and compared with T40 and similar foreign products, determining the fan's airfoil and cylindrical wheel structure through model-level experimental research. The motor has been redesigned, structurally reducing flow losses, thus increasing the fan efficiency to 89.5%, and the noise level is reduced by 3.6dB compared to the A-weighted sound level. The strength at the blade root has also been enhanced to avoid blade breakage. This series of fans was jointly designed by the National Fan Energy Saving Group in 1985.
This series of fans is suitable for transporting non-flammable, explosive, non-corrosive gases with no significant dust, and the temperature must not exceed 60℃. It is widely used for ventilation and air exchange in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residences, or to enhance heating heat dissipation. It can also be installed in a spaced manner within longer exhaust ducts to increase the pressure inside the duct, and when the casing is removed, it can be used as a free fan.
The BT35-11 is an explosion-proof axial flow fan, suitable for ventilation and air exchange of flammable and explosive volatile gases, with performance parameters consistent with the T35-11. The FT35-11 is a corrosion-resistant axial flow fan, suitable for transporting corrosive gases, with performance parameters consistent with the T35-11.
