Product Overview
The WDF high-temperature resistant fan is a new product developed for the drying industry, boiler industry, cleaning industry, coating industry, and food drying industry. The fan casing and motor are connected using metal castings, and heat dissipation blades are installed on the motor shaft to cool the metal castings and shaft head, ensuring the motor operates normally at high temperatures. The operating temperature of this fan is between 150C-180℃, and the gas transported is air or other non-combustible, non-explosive, non-winding, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. It can also be used to transport non-corrosive, non-combustible, and non-viscous hot air, steam, and flue gas in various industries. Other similar performance options are also available, but the temperature of the transported medium must not exceed its rated range, and there must be no viscous substances in the gas, with dust and hard particles not exceeding 150mg/m.³.
