Product Overview
The WQE type high-temperature centrifugal fan is a new product developed for the drying industry, boiler industry, cleaning industry, coating industry, and food drying industry. The operating temperature of this fan is between 150℃ and 200℃. If the conveying temperature exceeds 200℃, a water pipe should be connected to cool it down, ensuring the fan's lifespan. The conveyed gas can be air or other non-combustible, non-explosive, non-winding, non-harmful to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials. It can also be used to transport non-corrosive, non-combustible, and non-viscous hot air, steam, and flue gas in various industries. Other similar performance options can also be selected, but the temperature of the conveyed medium must not exceed its rated temperature range. There must be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained must not exceed 150mg/m. If the dust content is high, a dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed in front of the fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, which helps to extend the fan's lifespan.
